SHIPPING POLICY

Sonaki.com ships via USPS and UPS Ground. These are the best priced options to get our products to our customers when they purchase. 

When Will My Product Ship? 

We try as hard as possible to ship the next business day. Sometimes there are complication or missed pick up's by our service providers, that may result in slight delays. We guarantee shipping within 3 business days of the order being placed 

How Much Does Shipping Cost? 

Shipping is calculated at the time the order is placed and is set by the shipping provider we use. It is based on distance from the shipping origination and the customer destination.  In some cases we may, at our discretion, offer a flat fee shipping. 

Do You Offer FREE Shipping? 

In some cases FREE shipping is offered. Such as if the total purchase value exceeds $100, we will offer FREE Shipping. Order Value exceeding $100 is defined as orders that are purchased at the initial cart check out. Any special promotions and order enhancements added after the initial order check out do not apply to the $100 minimum. The reason for this is because we have made significant price reductions to the order enhancements that do not allow us to accommodate free shipping IF IT IS THE ORDER ENHANCEMENT THAT CAUSES THE ORDER VALUE TO EXCEED $100 

Labels For Returns

Our goal is to achieve as close to 100% satisfaction as possible. 

In the event that you are not satisfied with our product and wish to return it, you are responsible for the shipping label to ship the return to Sonaki. We do not provide shipping labels for returns period.
